The staff were incredibly kind and really went out of their way when my son had a medical issue, they showed genuine concern and provided immediate support. the kids loved the games room and got a kick out of the balloon modeller one evening. it was a total hit with them!

The hotel is in a deplorable state. The room was incredibly small and the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable, with dust everywhere and dirty carpets. We were extremely disappointed by the restaurant, where the breakfast service was poor and the food was served in ridiculous small portions. I'm shocked that they charge so high for such a subpar experience.

we had a lovely stay at the sands. the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations from my previous visit to bournemouth. it was fantastic having free parking and being just a few minutes from the beach.

the room was clean and comfy, nice bed sheets n good water pressure. loved the location, super close to the beach and plenty of shops nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the coffee shop staff in the hotel. had a nice relaxing time with my partner. free parking was a big plus!

I adored munching on homemade tofu at nearby Tiien Thai Restaurant – absolute bliss! the free parking was a solid win, and the beach is just a hop away. Talk about a beach bum's paradise!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local shops, and the cleanliness of my room was impeccable. I was particularly impressed with the variety of delicious meals offered during my stay, making each dining experience enjoyable. the breakfast service could have been more flexible and less constrained by set timings.

The evening entertainment was a blast! The Elvis act was the best I've seen.
